Based in London.

We are currently recruiting for a CCTV Drainage Engineer who is looking to join a dynamic company. The role would suit candidates looking to progress within the organisation or a CCTV engineer outside the organisation looking to seek new challenges.

The principal purpose of the role will be to carry out planned and reactive CCTV tasks safely and to a high standard. You should have experience working on with CCTV equipment, preferably WinCan. Plus, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Rig CCTV management.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the engineers' call-out rota, typically being on call for 1 week in 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving work instructions/mapping and delivering on clients’ requests.

  • Completing Surveys in Wincan VX

  • Updating Operations Team on progress.

  • Quality Checking Surveys prior to submitting.

  • Mentoring CCTV Operatives to be able to operate and produce basic reports.

  • Liaising with clients answering queries etc.

  • Reports submissions.

  • Identifying opportunities for further works i.e.. Patching/Line Cleaning etc.

  • Management of the CCTV equipment/Repairs.

  • Produce plans to coincide with the CCTV report.

  • Operation of High pressure water jetting equipment.

  • Estimating for remedial works where required.

  • Report and escalate issues to management where needed.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Third parties.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years Rig CCTV manager experience.

  • Use of Mini Cam Proteus system experience (beneficial).

  • Competency in towing.

  • Qualified in OSX19/OSX20 (beneficial).

  • Extensive knowledge using Wincan programme to be able to Quality check and produce high standard reports.

  • Computer literate and ability to work on systems/portals.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

CCTV ENGINEER

Based in Frimley. Coverage of South West and South East.

We are currently recruiting for an HGV Tanker Driver who will carry out all aspects of drainage works, including investigation, blockage clearance and repairs at a variety of different properties across the South West and South East. You will be carrying out planned and reactive drainage tasks at both commercial and domestic buildings.
 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working on sewage and wastewater pipelines, clearing drains and blockages, along with providing first-class customer service, as well as holding a Class 2 HGV licence and CPC card.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of services including cleaning, clearance, and maintenance of our customer’s drains

  • Review job tasks and identify tools, plants and materials.

  • Undertake a risk assessment of the site and works.

  • Customer and site contact liaison

  • Record and feedback on works undertaken, issues and any further works required

  • Report and escalate issues to management where needed

  • Understand and comply with driver hour regulations.

  • Undertake daily safety checks and maintenance tasks of the vehicles.

  • Report vehicle and plant defects to the supervisor/management

  • Reporting of near misses and accidents as soon as possible

Skills and Experience

  • HGV Licence & CPC Card

  • Experience in the use of both vacuum and combination tankers (beneficial)

  • Understanding of differing waste types and disposal facilities (beneficial)

  • Experience of driving in London (beneficial)

  • Prior experience of working in a similar environment (beneficial)

  • Enthusiastic, driven and customer-facing

  • Able to work on their own and as part of a team

  • Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills

HGV TANKER DRIVER (DAYS)

Based in South Buckinghamshire

You will be working with all aspects of drainage and pump works, including investigation, blockage clearance and repair on a variety of different properties across London and the South East.

 

The role will involve both planned and reactive drainage tasks for commercial and domestic buildings.
 

The ideal candidate will have experience in the drainage industry; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the engineers' call-out rota, typically being on call for 1 week in 4.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with and assisting a Drainage Engineer with a range of services including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains and pumps.

  • Carry out all works diligently and safely.

  • Take instruction from Engineers/Supervisor.

  • Reporting near misses and accidents as soon as possible.
